30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date on agency and administration fees paid through this website.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order reference, or contact us at yolande@psiplacements.co.za and we will assist you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.

Paddle’s own Refund Policy also applies to all orders. Payments made by direct bank transfer are refunded to the account they were paid from.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Visa outcomes are decided by United States authorities; our fees cover the assistance and administration we provide.
